1Purpose and Scope
This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) sets out the rules for using astraresults.com and any related services or tools we make available (the “Services”). It applies to every visitor and user and forms part of our Terms of Service. We may update it from time to time.
2General Principles
You agree to use the Services lawfully, responsibly, and in a way that respects the rights and security of others and of Astra Results Marketing. You are responsible for all activity that occurs through your use of the Services.
3Prohibited Activities
You must not use the Services to:
- Violate any applicable law, regulation, or third-party right;
- Infringe any copyright, trademark, trade secret, or other intellectual-property right;
- Upload, transmit, or distribute malware, viruses, or other harmful code;
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Services, related systems, or other users’ data, or probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of any system;
- Use bots, scrapers, crawlers, or other automated means to access, collect, or copy content except as expressly permitted;
- Send spam, chain messages, or unsolicited bulk communications, or harvest contact information for such purposes;
- Send marketing or telemarketing communications in violation of applicable laws, such as the CAN-SPAM Act, the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), or CASL, or without any consent those laws require;
- Harass, threaten, defame, or abuse any person, or post content that is obscene, hateful, or otherwise objectionable;
- Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation with anyone;
- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Services, including through denial-of-service attacks;

4Content Standards
Any content you submit to us, including through forms or messages, must be accurate, lawful, and yours to share. It must not contain another person’s confidential or personal information that you are not authorized to provide, and it must not violate the rights of any third party.
5Third-Party Platform Rules
When we provide advertising, social media, or related services, those activities are also subject to the policies of the underlying platforms (for example, Google, Meta, and Microsoft). You agree not to ask us to take, and not to take yourself, any action that would violate those platform policies, and you remain responsible for the accuracy and legality of the materials you provide for use in campaigns.
6Monitoring and Enforcement
We are not obligated to monitor use of the Services, but we may do so and may investigate suspected violations of this AUP. We may remove or disable content and take other technical or legal measures as we deem appropriate.
7Consequences of Violation
Violating this AUP may result in suspension or termination of your access to the Services, removal of offending content, and, where warranted, referral to law enforcement or legal action. We may take these steps with or without notice.
8Reporting Violations
If you become aware of any violation of this AUP, or of any security vulnerability or abuse involving the Services, please report it to us at [email protected] so we can investigate.
9Changes to This Policy
We may revise this AUP at any time by posting an updated version on the Site and changing the “Last updated” date. Your continued use of the Services after changes take effect means you accept the revised AUP.
