Android apps for the phones your customers carry
Android runs on most of the world's phones and on a large share of the customers you want in Latin America, in the trades, and in every market where the iPhone isn't the default. We build native Android applications in Kotlin for smartphones, tablets, and other Android devices, and we launch them on Google Play with the campaigns that fill them.
Native Android, built for the real device mix
Android isn't one device. It's thousands. We design and test for the phones your customers actually own.
Book a strategy session ($350)A good fit if you
- Serve customers in Latin America, or in US markets where Android share is high
- Need an app for field staff who carry a wide range of Android phones
- Want to reach users on tablets, rugged devices, or other Android hardware
- Have an iPhone app and are losing the customers who don't have iPhones
- Need Google services like Maps, Pay, and Assistant deeply integrated
Android app development means building for Google's mobile platform using its native tools: Kotlin, Jetpack Compose, and Android Studio. Native Android apps deliver the performance, security, and hardware access that web wrappers can't, and they handle the platform's real challenge, an enormous variety of screen sizes, versions, and manufacturers, the way Google intends.
We handle the complete lifecycle: planning that ties the app to a business outcome, UI/UX designed to Material Design in your brand, architecture built for a device ecosystem that ranges from flagship to budget, development in Kotlin, AI integration where it helps, testing across the devices your users actually own, Google Play submission, and ongoing support through Android's yearly updates.
For the markets we serve, Android matters enormously. It dominates in Venezuela, Colombia, Mexico, Brazil, and most of Latin America. It's the phone in most technicians' pockets. An iPhone-only strategy leaves those customers to a competitor, and we build Android apps in Spanish and Portuguese for exactly that reason.

Why Android is a revenue decision, not a technical one
We run marketing in Miami and across Latin America, and the device data is unambiguous: a large share of the customers our clients pay to reach are on Android. In Venezuela, Colombia, Mexico, and Brazil it's the overwhelming majority. In the trades and in many US Hispanic markets it's more than half. An app that exists only for iPhone is a decision to hand those customers to whoever built for both.
So we treat Android as what it is: the way to reach the people the marketing is already reaching. We build it natively so it works well on the mid-range phones most of those customers own, we build it in their language, and we launch it on Google Play with install campaigns aimed at the audience we already know how to find.
How we work
-
Discovery and scope
What the app has to do for the business, who uses it, and what it replaces. We write the scope before we quote it, so the quote holds.
-
Design and architecture
UI/UX in your brand, an architecture chosen for your roadmap, and a data model that won't need rebuilding in year two.
-
Build and test
Sprint-based development, AI integration where it earns its place, and testing on real devices before submission.
-
Launch and grow
Store submission, analytics, crash monitoring, and the part most dev shops skip: the marketing plan that gets it downloaded.
The same standards as everything else we do
You own the code and the IP
Repositories, store accounts, certificates, and design files are registered to you from day one.
Scoped before it's quoted
We write down what the app does before we tell you what it costs, so the number doesn't drift.
Senior people, always
The architect in the first call is the one reviewing every pull request.
Built to be marketed
We're the agency that also runs your app install campaigns, ASO, and launch. Most dev shops hand over the build and leave. It's how we work.
Complete lifecycle
Planning, UI/UX, architecture, development, AI integration, testing, deployment, and ongoing support under one roof.
Three languages
English, Spanish, and Portuguese in the UI, the store listing, and the support flow, for the markets where we operate.
Questions we get asked
If a meaningful share of your customers or staff use Android, yes. In Latin American markets and many US segments that share is a majority. We can build native Android, or move both platforms to a shared codebase if that fits your roadmap better.
By designing for the range from the start: responsive layouts, testing on the device classes your users actually own, and support for the Android versions in real use rather than only the newest. It's the core discipline of Android development.
Native Kotlin when performance, hardware access, or specialized devices matter. A shared codebase when you need iOS and Android on one budget and the app is mostly screens and data. We recommend based on your situation, not on what's easier for us.
Yes, natively, including the Play Store listings. For Latin American markets we also integrate WhatsApp and the local payment methods customers actually use.
A focused first version typically takes three to five months through Google Play approval. Play review is usually faster than Apple's, but device testing takes longer, so the timelines end up similar.
You do. The repository, the Play Console account, signing keys, and design files are yours from day one.
Reach the customers the iPhone app can't.
Tell us who needs to use the app and what phones they carry. Thirty minutes gives you a clear read on native versus shared code and what launch on Google Play takes.
