1Scope of This Policy

This Privacy Policy applies to the website astraresults.com and any related pages, forms, landing pages, and online services that link to it (the “Site”), and to information we collect when you contact us, request a consultation, or subscribe to our communications.

Where we provide advertising and marketing services to business clients, we act as a service provider or processor on that client’s behalf, and the client’s own privacy notice governs the consumer relationship. Section 15 describes our role in that context.

This Policy does not apply to the privacy practices of third-party platforms you reach through links on the Site.

2Information We Collect

Information you provide to us

When you complete a contact form, request a consultation, subscribe to our newsletter, or otherwise communicate with us, we may collect:

• Your full name and business name;
• Email address and phone number;
• The contents of your message, project details, or any information you choose to share.

Information collected automatically

When you use the Site, we and our service providers automatically collect certain technical information, such as your IP address, device and browser type, operating system, referring URLs, pages viewed, links clicked, and the dates and times of your visits. This is collected through cookies and similar technologies, described in our Cookies Policy and in Section 4.

Call and conversion tracking

If you call a number shown on the Site or interact with our advertising, our analytics and call-tracking providers (such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, the Meta pixel, and CallRail) may record the call source, duration, and related campaign data to help us measure marketing performance. Where required by law, calls may be recorded only with the notice and consent described at the point of the call.

Categories of personal information

For purposes of U.S. state privacy laws, in the past twelve months we have collected the following categories:

Sensitive information

We do not ask for or intentionally collect sensitive personal information through the Site, such as government identification numbers, health information, or financial account details. Please do not submit sensitive information through our forms.

3How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Respond to your inquiries and provide the consultations, proposals, and services you request;
• Send you marketing communications, newsletters, and updates you have asked to receive (you can opt out at any time);
• Operate, maintain, secure, and improve the Site and our services;
• Measure and analyze the performance of our marketing and the Site;
• Detect, prevent, and address fraud, abuse, security incidents, and technical issues; and
• Comply with our legal obligations and enforce our agreements.

4Cookies and Tracking Technologies

We use cookies, pixels, tags, and similar technologies to operate the Site, remember your preferences, analyze traffic, and support advertising. Categories in use include strictly necessary cookies, analytics cookies, and advertising cookies. Our Cookies Policy describes each category and the specific technologies involved.

You can control these technologies through the consent notice presented on the Site, your browser settings, and the opt-out tools described in our Cookies Policy. You may withdraw or change your choices at any time.

Where required by law, non-essential cookies and tracking tags are not placed until you have given consent through the notice presented on the Site.

How this works depends on where you are. If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, no analytics or advertising technologies are placed until you accept them through the notice. Elsewhere, including the United States, they are placed when you arrive, and you can withdraw them at any time through the notice, the “Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information” link in the Site footer, or the controls described in our Cookies Policy.

When you withdraw a category, we stop loading the technologies in it and clear the cookies they have set on this Site.

5How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal information for money. We may share it in the limited circumstances below. Some sharing for advertising and analytics may qualify as a “sale” or “sharing” under certain U.S. state privacy laws, which you can opt out of (see Your Privacy Rights).

• Service providers. With vendors who perform services for us, such as website hosting, email delivery, analytics, advertising, and call tracking (such as Google, Meta, Microsoft, and CallRail), under contracts that limit their use of the information.
• Advertising partners. With advertising platforms to measure and improve campaigns. Some of this activity may be considered “sharing” or “targeted advertising” under certain state privacy laws; see Your Privacy Rights to opt out.
• Legal and safety. When required by law, subpoena, or legal process, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Astra Results Marketing, our clients, or others.
• Business transfers. In connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, subject to this Policy.
• With your direction. When you ask us to share your information or otherwise consent.

We do not knowingly share personal information with third parties for their own independent marketing purposes.

6Third-Party Links and Services

The Site may link to third-party websites, social media platforms, and tools that we do not control. This Policy does not apply to those services, and we are not responsible for their content or privacy practices. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of any third party before providing information to it.

7Data Retention

How long we keep information depends on why we collected it. We keep inquiry and consultation records for as long as we have an active or prospective relationship with you and for a reasonable period afterward, and we keep newsletter information until you unsubscribe. We may retain certain information longer where required for legal, tax, accounting, or dispute-resolution purposes. When information is no longer needed, we take reasonable steps to delete or de-identify it.

8Data Security

We maintain reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, or alteration. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9Your Privacy Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights regarding your personal information, including the right to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your information, and to opt out of targeted advertising or the “sale” or “sharing” of your information.

U.S. state privacy rights

Residents of California (CCPA/CPRA), Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Texas, Florida, and other states with comprehensive privacy laws may have the rights described above. We do not discriminate against you for exercising any of these rights.

To opt out of targeted advertising, or the “sale” or “sharing” of your personal information, use the “Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information” link in the Site footer, adjust your choices in the cookie consent notice, or contact us using the details below.

Appeals

If we decline your request, you may appeal by replying to our response or writing to privacy@astraresults.com with “Appeal” in the subject line. We will respond within the timeframe required by your state’s law.

EU/UK residents

If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, you may have rights under the GDPR/UK GDPR, including the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and objection, and the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.

Legal bases for processing (EEA/UK)

Where the GDPR or UK GDPR applies, we process personal information on one or more of these bases: your consent; performance of a contract with you; our legitimate interests in operating, securing, analyzing, and marketing our business (balanced against your rights); and compliance with our legal obligations. Where we rely on consent, you may withdraw it at any time.

How to exercise your rights

To make a request, email us at privacy@astraresults.com or call +1 (786) 321-2866. We may need to verify your identity before fulfilling your request, and you may use an authorized agent where permitted by law. We respond within the timeframes required by applicable law.

10Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control

Some browsers offer a “Do Not Track” signal. Because there is no common industry standard for these signals, the Site does not currently respond to them.

Where required by law, we honor recognized opt-out preference signals, such as the Global Privacy Control (GPC), as a request to opt out of targeted advertising for that browser or device.

11Children’s Privacy

The Site is intended for businesses and individuals aged 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 (or under 16 where applicable). If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can delete it.

12International Users

Astra Results Marketing is based in the United States. If you access the Site from outside the United States, you understand that your information may be transferred to, stored, and processed in the United States, where data protection laws may differ from those in your country.

13Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date at the top of this page, and material changes may be communicated through the Site. Your continued use of the Site after an update means you accept the revised Policy.

15Client Campaign Services: Our Role as Service Provider

Astra Marketing Corp. provides advertising, analytics, and marketing services to business clients. This section explains our role when we work on a client’s web properties, as distinct from our own Site.

What we do

At the client’s direction, we design, configure, and manage advertising campaigns. This includes configuring Google Tag Manager, implementing conversion tracking, integrating analytics, and deploying measurement tags from platforms including Google Analytics 4, Google Ads, Meta, Microsoft, and StackAdapt.

Where the data lives

All advertising accounts, analytics properties, tag manager containers, tracking pixels, landing pages, and campaign data are created within and remain the property of the client. Astra does not maintain an independent consumer database, and does not sell, license, rent, or broker consumer data to any party.

Our legal role

With respect to consumer personal information collected through client properties, Astra acts as a service provider under the CCPA/CPRA and equivalent state statutes, and as a processor where the GDPR or UK GDPR applies. We process such information only to perform the services set out in our agreement with the client, and not for our own purposes. We do not retain, use, or disclose that information for any purpose other than performing those services.

Consent and notice

The client owns the web property and holds the direct relationship with the consumer. Under our Master Services Agreement, the client is responsible for maintaining a compliant privacy notice and for obtaining consumer consents required for tracking, cookies, data collection, call recording, and outbound contact. Astra implements the consent configuration the client directs and provides technical assistance in doing so.

Consumer requests

If you are a consumer whose information was collected through a property Astra manages on a client’s behalf, direct your request to that business. Where we receive such a request, we will forward it to the client and assist as our agreement requires.
