- Contact Us
In short: We collect the details you give us through our forms (name, business, email, phone) and standard analytics data to respond to you, run our marketing, and improve our Site. We don’t sell your personal information for money, and you can opt out of marketing or targeted ads, or ask us to delete your data, at any time.
Astra Marketing, Inc. (d/b/a Astra Results Marketing) (“Astra Results Marketing,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use and share it, and the choices and rights you have. By using our Site or submitting information to us, you agree to the practices described here.
1Scope of This Policy
This Privacy Policy applies to the website astraresults.com and any related pages, forms, landing pages, and online services that link to it (the “Site”), and to information we collect when you contact us, request a consultation, or subscribe to our communications.
It does not govern the internal data practices of campaigns we run on your behalf as a client, which are addressed in your separate services agreement, nor the privacy practices of third-party platforms you reach through links on the Site.
2Information We Collect
Information you provide to us
When you complete a contact form, request a 30-minute consultation, subscribe to our newsletter, or otherwise communicate with us, we may collect:
- Your full name and business name;
- Email address and phone number;
- The contents of your message, project details, or any information you choose to share.
Information collected automatically
When you use the Site, we and our service providers automatically collect certain technical information, such as your IP address, device and browser type, operating system, referring URLs, pages viewed, links clicked, and the dates and times of your visits. This is collected through cookies and similar technologies, described in our Cookies Policy.
Call and conversion tracking
If you call a number shown on the Site or interact with our advertising, our analytics and call-tracking providers (such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, the Meta pixel, and CallRail) may record the call source, duration, and related campaign data to help us measure marketing performance.
Sensitive information
We do not ask for or intentionally collect sensitive personal information through the Site, such as government identification numbers, health information, or financial account details. Please do not submit sensitive information through our forms.
3How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Respond to your inquiries and provide the consultations, proposals, and services you request;
- Send you marketing communications, newsletters, and updates you have asked to receive (you can opt out at any time);
- Operate, maintain, secure, and improve the Site and our services;
- Measure and analyze the performance of our marketing and the Site;
- Detect, prevent, and address fraud, abuse, security incidents, and technical issues; and
- Comply with our legal obligations and enforce our agreements.
4Cookies and Tracking Technologies
We use cookies, pixels, tags, and similar technologies to operate the Site, remember your preferences, analyze traffic, and support advertising. You can control these technologies through your browser settings and the opt-out tools described in our Cookies Policy. Where required by law, we ask for your consent before placing non-essential cookies.
5How We Share Your Information
We do not sell your personal information for money. We may share it in the limited circumstances below. Some sharing for advertising and analytics may qualify as a “sale” or “sharing” under certain U.S. state privacy laws, which you can opt out of (see Your Privacy Rights).
- Service providers. With vendors who perform services for us, such as website hosting, email delivery, analytics, advertising, and call tracking (such as Google, Meta, Microsoft, and CallRail), under contracts that limit their use of the information.
- Advertising partners. With advertising platforms to measure and improve campaigns. Some of this activity may be considered “sharing” or “targeted advertising” under certain state privacy laws; see Your Privacy Rights to opt out.
- Legal and safety. When required by law, subpoena, or legal process, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Astra Results Marketing, our clients, or others.
- Business transfers. In connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, subject to this Policy.
- With your direction. When you ask us to share your information or otherwise consent.
6Third-Party Links and Services
The Site may link to third-party websites, social media platforms, and tools that we do not control. This Policy does not apply to those services, and we are not responsible for their content or privacy practices. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of any third party before providing information to it.
7Data Retention
How long we keep information depends on why we collected it. We keep inquiry and consultation records for as long as we have an active or prospective relationship with you and for a reasonable period afterward, and we keep newsletter information until you unsubscribe. We may retain certain information longer where required for legal, tax, accounting, or dispute-resolution purposes. When information is no longer needed, we take reasonable steps to delete or de-identify it.
8Data Security
We maintain reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, or alteration. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
9Your Privacy Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights regarding your personal information, including the right to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your information, and to opt out of targeted advertising or the “sale” or “sharing” of your information.
U.S. state privacy rights
Residents of California (CCPA/CPRA), Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Texas, Florida, and other states with comprehensive privacy laws may have the rights described above. We do not discriminate against you for exercising any of these rights.
EU/UK residents
If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, you may have rights under the GDPR/UK GDPR, including the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and objection, and the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
Legal bases for processing (EEA/UK)
Where the GDPR or UK GDPR applies, we process personal information on one or more of these bases: your consent; performance of a contract with you; our legitimate interests in operating, securing, analyzing, and marketing our business (balanced against your rights); and compliance with our legal obligations. Where we rely on consent, you may withdraw it at any time.
How to exercise your rights
To make a request, email us at [email protected] or call +1 (786) 643-3036. We may need to verify your identity before fulfilling your request, and you may use an authorized agent where permitted by law.
10Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control
Some browsers offer a “Do Not Track” signal. Because there is no common industry standard for these signals, the Site does not currently respond to them. Where required by law, we honor recognized opt-out preference signals, such as the Global Privacy Control (GPC), as a request to opt out of targeted advertising for that browser or device.
11Children’s Privacy
The Site is intended for businesses and individuals aged 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 (or under 16 where applicable). If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can delete it.
12International Users
Astra Results Marketing is based in the United States. If you access the Site from outside the United States, you understand that your information may be transferred to, stored, and processed in the United States, where data protection laws may differ from those in your country.
13Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date at the top of this page, and material changes may be communicated through the Site. Your continued use of the Site after an update means you accept the revised Policy.
